Integrity by CELT has been participating in the E-Rate program for schools and libraries since the program’s inception in 1998. We’re proud to bring our expertise and knowledge of the E-Rate program to your school, helping to ensure that all eligible K-12 schools and libraries have affordable access to advanced technology resources.

The Schools and Libraries Universal Service (USAC) program, commonly called E-Rate  http://www.universalservice.org/sl/, mandated by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 provides $2.25 billion annually in discounts to help schools pay for telecommunications, Internet access, internal school network infrastructure, and basic maintenance of internal network . The E-Rate program pays 20-90 percent of eligible products and services based on the poverty level of the school as measured by the number of students eligible for the national free and reduced lunch program. Schools must then pay only the difference between the cost and the E-Rate discount.

Take advantage of the State Contract for your E-Rate filing of the form 470. The commonwealth of Massachusetts has filed an E-Rate form 470 on behalf of all the cities and towns in MA. You may award services on a form 471 to any state contract provider Integrity is on the  MA State Bid Contract ITT46.
